the location is central there are restaurants and shops nearby i also received a free upgrade and early check in shree and jam were efficient during check in we booked with breakfast it was good for the price fruits salad cheese bread and an egg station were available

the bathroom flooded when i used the shower it wasn't due to overuse the backed up drain made it feel unclean i reported it but nobody came to repair or clean it i stayed one night there was no time to request a room change

the staff were friendly. jamaica at check-in was lovely. the hotel location is fantastic. it is near many things and the area is very safe. the hotel place is close to sea.

the walls are thin. the neighbor's alarm clock wake me up. i hear him walking around. the noise in the bedrooms was unbearable. i was woken up every 10 minutes over night with car horns. i could still hear music from a club on the 7th floor.

The location provided easy access to the Corniche and nearby shops. I also really appreciated the spacious room and the very comfortable bed after a long day.

The limited breakfast options did not quite meet my expectations. A wider variety would be beneficial.

The bathroom was not clean!!! i saw yellow and black stains on the grout, unacceptable. valet parking cost extra, and i waited twenty minutes for my car. The employees acted confused and did not get it ready until i complained. i regret staying here.
